These are the most expensive colleges in America based on average net price paid. Net price is the average amount paid by students after factoring in scholarship and grant financial aid and may be a more accurate estimation of real life costs than published tuition. Discount from list price represents the effective percent discount from published costs that students averaged. Please note that net price varies on a student by student basis based on finanical situation and no financial aid is guaranteed. Southern California Institute of Architecture leads the list with a $46,164 average net price.
