How much does it cost to attend college in Georgia?   The average annual in-state college tuition in Georgia was $10,081 for the 2018-2019 academic year. This is $4,326 lower than the U.S. average and ranks Georgia in the middle of the pack as the 40th most expensive and 13th most affordable state or district to attend college.
