How much does it cost to attend community college in New York?   The average annual in-state two year college tuition in New York was $9,679 for the 2018-2019 academic year. This is a change of ($84) from the 2015-2016 average of $9,763 and represents a -0.86% annual decline. The list of New York community colleges below provides school specific cost and value rating.
