Albertus Magnus College

Arrived as an International student to start a Bachelor's degree in a major Albertus removed from the offerings without my knowledge. It's a challenge getting support from staff/admin designated to help international students settle and feel comfortable in new surroundings. Favouritism, last of care/concern, no urgency to assist and turnaround time is unacceptable, Accounts Dept. student management and payment systems malfunction - no confidence payment is secure and tallied correctly, some teachers have their own class rules which contradicts the University rules, e.g. a student had covid, and University policy states students exposed should quarantine but teachers are failing students for not attending classes, ... the list is endless. I regret the day we stumbled upon this school and have seen friends transferred to other Universities due to the University's shortcomings. We aim to leave before the school years ends but trying to get the Accounts dept and student relations to get their act together so we can move on to a less stressful student and parent environment!
